TrAck & FiEld EvEnt

join the 1500m run and now i don't know what to do. there will be around 7 sec 1 pupils & 5 sec 2 pupils running along with me ... ... i must try to run like mad on that day as, if i am the last 6 to finish the race i will be a bit embarass so now i had to train at least 4 times a w33k (wish someone could help me)
